members of seoul city crew who receive personal training are served by experienced fitness professionals who design your personalized program and teach you how to perform each exercise. You'll also gain access to our seoul city crew app with in-app messaging so that your trainer/coach can be reached at any time!

what is it?

Our Hybrid membership gives you membership to to the gym, plus the services of our exercise and weight loss professionals to help you design your personalised program and teach you how to perform each exercise. It also gives you access to our seoul city crew app with in-app messaging so that your trainer/coach can be reached at any time!


Just enjoy the exercise comfortably according to the provided program. Exercise when you want and have the opportunity to correct and develop movement with 2 check-ins or lessons a month.
